10 Reasons Why Water Is Important
Here’s a quick little video I put together from one of my recent trips to fetch some fresh spring water. I prefer not to drink tap water (not a big fan of ingesting chlorine, flouride, and prescription meds which are commonly found in municipal drinking water), so I actually drive about an hour north of my house to Plymouth, NH to stock up on natural spring water.
Want to find a natural spring near you? Check out this great site: http://www.findaspring.com
Enjoy!

Check out my jugs.

VERY good video and GREAT information, but I’m sure you know it was really hard to hear you. That actually allows for a strong follow-up post with much better sound clarity.
Keep em comin Sirena!
Bob,
Thanks man! I totally appreciate it. Yes, I know it was hard to hear at times — I was literally on the side of the road. I’ll have to make a comeback with an even snazzier video next week…wonder what I should film this time…any ideas?
Talk soon
Hey, quick question: Do you do anything to the water before you drink it, such as boiling or anything? I found a natural spring about an hour and a half away from my house, and I’d like to give it a try. Thanks for the video! Water rocks! <3
Lauren,
Thank you for your reply. I’m glad you liked the video — hopefully you heard me over the cars flying by!
You know, I don’t do anything to the water besides drink it. I suppose you could boil it to be on the safe side. However, I feel completly safe and comfortable drinking from the natural spring without altering the water.
I’m curious, where did you find the spring near your house? Did you use http://www.findaspring.com?
Thank you again for your comment. If there’s something you’d like more info on, please feel free to let me know!
Ciao,

I loved this post Sirena.I love your jugs too…lol
I will have to check out the natural springs. We have a water store
where they have filtered water. My lil daughter loves water. I wish more parents
would give their kids water instead of juices and other junk.
Keep doing your thing Sirena!
Thanks for checking out my jugs
Water is awesome, and I love making the trek to fill up. It’s a nice drive up through northern NH. Thank you for your comment, and support! Are you going to the Continuity Summit in March?
