Inspirational Articles I Thought You Would Enjoy
Hi friends!
I hope that you all had an awesome weekend.
I myself, had a great time putting together an outdoor workout for my clients, then celebrating my upcoming birthday with friends on Saturday night.
I finished off the weekend walking around SoWa market in the South End with my brother, then taking a nice walk in the evening with my roommate.
I had such a great weekend and felt a lot of love and support from my friends and my family. So if you took part in this weekend’s festivities, thank you so much! You are wonderful
To continue with our Monday post’s, here are some inspirational articles I found interesting in the last week, that I though you would enjoy.
Happy reading!

Loved this one from last week. When I find myself running around like a mad person trying to do a thousand errands in a day, I remind myself to slow down and work on one thing at a time. By doing things slowly and doing less, we often do a better job at our tasks.
3. Orgasm: The Cure for Hunger in the Modern Woman
Ha, this one is just for fun. Funny video from a TEDx Talk by Nicole Daedon. I mean, you won’t want to miss a talk that starts with the line…”A female orgasm is vital”. Enjoy!
