Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries
This past week I had the chance to have lunch at a local Boston burger joint called “B. Good” on Newbury St. I couldn’t help but indulge myself with their baked, never fried, sweet potato fries. I was definetly impressed and inspired.
So, I decided to put my own little spin on it, and blend the sweetness of the sweet potato with the warmth and spice of cayenne, paprika and cumin.
I’m not gonna lie.
They are friggin’ amazing. Enjoy!

- Place neatly on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes
